I have been looking at many different methods of printing and high quality conductive ink track. I had an idea that laser cutting a stencil and spraying over it might work. It was certainly worth the try. So I slightly waterdown the ink and poured it into a generic perfume diffuser.
In short, it wasn’t successful. Large blobs of ink came out along with smaller fine particles but this meant that I wasn’t able to get a clean or even slighly consistent track. There is some potential in this idea, and i will certainly revisit it when I get my greasy hands on some new equipment, mainly an air compressor and spray gun.
